Grandma Esther used to COOK HER ASS OFF. This meal is just one of her ultra delicious standards that is hard to resist. A red bell pepper stuffed with seasoned ground beef & rice, smothered in her super yummy tomato sauce. Pure comfort...pure yum. These are the way home. Served with sauteed Swiss chard & grilled red onions...because Grandma would want you to have a balanced meal. (gf)
