I mean…it’s CHICKEN PARM! And it’s freaking delicious. This recipe is based off of our eggplant parm which is one of our crowning jewels. We take some beautiful juicy chicken breasts, pound them out real thin.. then we coat them in bread crumbs and pan fry them until they’re crispy and golden brown. We drench it in our gorgeous all day red sauce and smother the whole thing with parmesan, mozzarella and provolone cheese. All served over amount of al dente spaghetti…. aaaaaaaaaand it all comes with a yummy little side salad.
