YUM! These super thin, breaded, crispy golden pork tenderloin medallions are the T!TS. We are serving them up with salted baby potatoes, fresh cucumber & some house made Rotkohl which is a traditional German sweet and sour red cabbage side. So simple…so good. Winner winner SCHNITZEL dinner.
