🎶SUNSHINE…..on a cloudy day….🎶 This dish is one of Jen’s ABSOLUTE faves. All of our other Francese’s are based off of THIS recipe that we have developed over the years. A mound of tender egg battered artichoke hearts cooked to a golden brown then drenched in our lemon -butter sauce and studded with beautiful capers & fresh parsley over al dante linguine. It doesn’t get much better than this.
